Every death constitutes loss and pain. For those of us who survive
we need to turn our pain into peace, into acceptance and ultimately
back into the hope of life itself.
A funeral or memorial both honors the one we lost and dignifies
the grieving process for the living. We sometimes do this in a
quiet, simple way, and sometimes with more festive means. There
is no one method to celebrate someone in death, but most important
to remember is the life that was and the rewards that life leaves
behind among the living.
I will design a ceremony respectful, artful, dignified, and worthy
of your most ardent desire to honor the one you loved. This can
include memories, stories, anecdotes, poetry, music, or anything
you choose as appropriate to the event. When the ceremony is over,
you will receive a beautiful keepsake version of the event.
